"The dealer where I bought my '98 Daytona new in 2000 along with three other dealers in the area either dropped Triumph or went out of business the first summer I had the bike. I found out about Joe's in 2002 and the first thing I had them do was upload a tune for my high-mount pipe. Since then, they've done my 12k, 18k, and 24k services and as soon it hits 30k it will go there for that service. If my other bikes were Triumph or Yamaha, I'd take them to Joe's too. The service has always been prompt and done properly. I've also used the parts counter for items that I've needed and the staff is friendly and helpful. "Have no complaints at all. I went in to buy a leather jacket and they had the '09 Triumph Collection before anyone else. I bought the Lennox Jacket and the sales lady was very helpful with the fitting of the jacket. She also helped my wife find a great looking t-shirt. As a side note, I recently had some rejetting done by a dealer in Findlay and he asked Joe for his opinion. Because of this I had a Dynojet Kit installed and was talked out of having the restrictor removed. The sound and performance of my '08 Bonneville T100 is great!
